Now you have an option for focaccia on our menu! New release sourdough miso foccacia with sweetness come from onion and slightly spicy hint hit the palate from dried chillis. Long hour of fermentation allow the dough to breath thoroughly and release good amount of gas for bread to raise. A good foccacia should always has a crispy top layer with olive oil and follow with chewy soft texture. DM us to order cheers people!.
